About Exodos Labs

Securing the Software Supply Chain. Without the Friction.

The Problem: Software is complex. Managing its risks shouldn't be.

Our Mission: To turn SBOMs from static, reactive documents into continuous, automated security controls. We believe engineering should ship fast, and legal should sleep well.

Who We Are

Harry Zorn

Harry Zorn is Co-Founder and CEO of Exodos Labs. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in CyberSecurity, DevSecOps, and enterprise sales from companies including JFrog, Vdoo, Accellion, and Konica Minolta. A serial entrepreneur, Harry has also founded and scaled multiple companies in IT security and technology services. With his extensive background in software supply chain security, Harry recognized the importance of Software Bill of Materials (SBOMs) early on. His expertise makes him a trusted voice in helping organizations manage their software supply chains with greater security and transparency. Outside of work, he enjoys mentoring young leaders, drawing on his early years as a scout leader, and still finds time for the occasional foosball match.

Jens Schmidt

Jens Schmidt has been active in the IT industry for over 25 years. He began working with SuSE Linux 6.3 as a teenager, sparking his passion for open source and security. His professional career started in software development, where he built custom CRM and ERP applications. Over the years, his focus shifted increasingly towards IT security, where he has now accumulated more than 20 years of expertise in network and perimeter security, penetration testing, incident response, and forensics. In addition to his technical work, he has also gained experience in organizational security, including standards such as ISO27001 and TISAX, in a part-time ISO role. Today, he leverages his know-how at Exodos Labs, redefining supply chain security through a SaaS platform for the secure exchange of SBOMs.
